Pay: $20.00 per hour

Location:  Red Bay, AL 

Job Summary: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts

 This is an evaluation to hire opportunity!

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Operators. 

·         Must have at least 1 years’ experience operating machinery and inputting data into a computer regarding productivity. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute to maintaining smooth production flow, ensuring precision, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment while contributing to our commitment to excellence.

• Operate manufacturing equipment such as an Assist Lift with adherence to safety protocols
• Roll hoses that are 250 FT and approximately 25 - 50 lbs. lifting.
• Inputting data into a computer regarding productivity

Requirements

• Prior factory or manufacturing experience as a machine operator required; willingness to learn on the job is essential
• Basic mechanical knowledge with an understanding of machining processes
• Strong attention to detail with good manual dexterity for tasks and materials handling
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment
• Production Reports/Entering Data into a computer in an industrial setting
• No more than 3 jobs within a 5-year span
