Job Responsibilities• assist with the maintenance of all operational equipment and facility infrastructure.• Collaborate with other departments in the scheduling of down time and PM repairs.• Participate in production meetings and monthly safety meetings.• Other duties as assigned.• JOB Requirements:• Must have clean, safe driving record.• Industrial mechanic experience• Technically sound and hands-on in troubleshooting: CNC / Pneumatic / Hydraulic and Multi- Processing type equipment• Experience with Preventative Maintenance Programs.• Knowledge of PLC's• Knowledge of electrical standards and applications.• Ability to read blueprints; electrical; hydraulics and pneumatic schematics• Strong communication and organizational skills.• Detailed and results oriented.• Knowledge and application of OSHA regulations.• Ability to work flexible and/or extended/Saturday hours depending on demands.
Physical Demands:• Ability to climb and move around machinery.• Ability to kneel, stand or bend and be able to lift 50+ pounds.• Ability to work at heights.
