Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Soldering Technician for a company in Cedar Falls. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on electronics experience who enjoys detailed, technical work and takes pride in precision.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair ASIC miners and hash boards
• Perform precision micro-soldering, including chip replacement and circuit board repair
• Identify faulty components using testing tools and technical documentation
• Test and validate repaired equipment to ensure quality and performance standards
• Accurately document repairs, parts used, and results in the tracking system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Stay up to date on Bitcoin mining hardware and evolving repair techniques

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with micro-soldering and electronics repair
• Experience working with circuit boards, computer hardware, or similar components
• Strong understanding of electronic components and circuit functionality
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, board layouts, and technical documents
• High attention to detail and steady hand for precision work
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Experience with ASIC miners or crypto mining hardware
• Background in electronics, electrical technology, or a related field
