Duties:

 

• Follow work order instructions to understand the required specifications for each computer build or upgrade.
• Assemble, install, and upgrade computer systems (laptops and/or desktops) according to work orders.
• Perform basic hardware component replacements and upgrades, including memory (RAM), storage drives, and related parts.
• Verify correct components are installed and ensure basic functionality after assembly or upgrade.
• Conduct basic post-assembly checks/testing to confirm systems are operating properly.
• Safely handle, clean, and package completed units for shipment.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

 

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge about electronic products
• Ability to lift and move electronic products weighted between 10 lbs. to 20 lbs. daily
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage time, Strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to understand and consistently apply all policies and procedures.
