Delivery Truck Driver

Located in Sanford, NC

Salary: $18 to DOE

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver & Sheet Metal Shop Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position involves delivering products to customer locations while also supporting our sheet metal fabrication team when not on the road. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, construction knowledge, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery & Logistics:

  • Deliver products to customer locations on time
  • Load, unload, and transport materials safely
  • Operate company vehicles (F-150, F-250, F-350) and pull 15’–24’ cargo trailers as needed
  • Pick up orders and shipments
  • Inspect vehicles and maintain accurate inventory
  • Follow OSHA and safety requirements on job sites

  Warehouse & Shop Support:

  • Load and unload warehouse deliveries
  • Assist sheet metal fabrication team when not on deliveries
  • Support general shop and material handling tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Must reside near Pittsboro or Sanford, NC
• Commercial construction knowledge: carpentry skills preferred
• Experience in delivery driving and customer service
• Clean driving record
• Experience pulling cargo trailers and operating forklifts safely
• CDL A required
