Overview

We’re seeking a dependable Yard Helper to support equipment readiness and yard operations. This role focuses on staging, cleaning, moving equipment, and keeping the yard organized to support rentals and deliveries. Not a mechanic role.

Key Duties

• Stage equipment for pickups and deliveries
• Safely move equipment and trailers in the yard
• Wash and clean returned equipment
• Perform basic visual checks (damage, fuel, missing items)
• Keep yard and ready line organized and professional
• Report issues to shop or branch team
• Follow all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Safety-minded, coachable, and detail-oriented
• Physically able to stay on feet and perform labor
• Comfortable around equipment and a busy yard
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Nice to Have

• Forklift or small equipment experience
• Yard, construction, or equipment rental background
