Designer/Drafter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to support design and production efforts. This role is responsible for creating and updating technical drawings used for manufacturing and construction. Ideal candidates are precise, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and revise technical drawings and plans based on specifications
• Prepare shop drawings for production and installation
• Interpret project requirements, sketches, and blueprints
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams
• Ensure drawings meet required standards and specifications
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation
• Assist with design updates and revisions as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous drafting or CAD experience required
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar drafting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar industry
• Familiarity with structural or civil drawings
• Experience with precast, piping, or related materials
