Property Maintenance

Salary: $18-$22

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations across multiple residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires hands-on experience in general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• Complete basic carpentry work (repairs, installations, etc.)
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance
• Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code

Qualifications:

• Experience in general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
• Ability to diagnose and repair common property issues
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred (Not Required):

• HVAC experience
• Prior experience in property management or real estate maintenance
• Certifications or trade schooling
