Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Transportation Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for clients traveling to scheduled appointments. This role requires a professional individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service and creating a comfortable, respectful experience for every passenger.

Drivers will operate a company-provided sedan and assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle, as well as handling personal items such as walkers or bags when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from scheduled appointments in a company vehicle
• Arrive on time for scheduled pickups and maintain an organized daily route schedule
• Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers
• Open vehicle doors and assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle
• Help load and unload personal items such as walkers or bags into the trunk when needed
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-presented vehicle interior
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Communicate clearly with dispatch or scheduling staff regarding pickups and drop-offs

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Clean criminal background required
• Prior driving, transportation, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Ability to assist passengers with light items when necessary
