Job Title: Production Line Associate – Chemical Packaging & Assembly

Location: Ft Myers FL

Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm (overtime will be required when needed)

Pay:  $17.50

As a Production Line Associate, you’ll be responsible for filling, assembling, and packaging chemical products into finished goods using both automated and manual equipment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, values safety and quality, and enjoys staying active throughout the workday.

 

What You’ll Do

• Work collaboratively on a high-efficiency chemical production line
• Fill and package chemical products into bottles using automated and manual equipment
• Assemble and kit products into final boxed or bagged units
• Label, seal, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including routine cleaning between production runs
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures with precision
• Identify and report product or process issues and contribute to solutions
• Support continuous improvement efforts, including safety initiatives and process enhancements
• Assist in other production areas as needed based on business demands

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills across all levels
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Commitment to always following safety and company policies
• Flexibility to work early shifts, overtime, and adjust to changing production needs
