Lab Technician

Pay: $20.50–$22.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician to support testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods in compliance with FDA and cGMP requirements. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document particle size, moisture, sensory, and AQL testing
• Inspect incoming raw materials against client specifications
• Follow SOPs, GLP, and cGMP (21 CFR Part 111) guidelines
• Maintain accurate digital records in Google Workspace
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment
• Communicate results with Production and QA teams
• Coordinate testing with third-party labs as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in a science field preferred
• Lab experience or certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical sampling
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
