Service Coordinator Summary
Location: Chelmsford, MA
Hours 7:30 – 4:00 or 8:30 - 5:00, Mon - Fri
Salary: $23 - $24/hour depending on experience
This is an evaluation hire (permanent) position

Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator:

  • Process orders for parts and enter information into a CRM system
  • Support customers via email, phone and virtual (MS Teams and Zoom)
  • Issue quotes for billable service and invoice for orders that are complete
  • Research and identify the correct part numbers for customer inquiries
  • Fulfill orders by pulling the parts, packing, and shipping each PO
  • Create a case for each quote, e-mail, and phone call in Salesforce

Qualifications of the Service Coordinator:

  • At least 3 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Detail oriented, highly organized
  • MS Word, Excel and some type of ERP or CRM experience is a must
  • Experience working with a help desk and a ticketing system is a must
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • MS AX and Salesforce experience is a plus
