Job Description
As a Certified Flaggers, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safety of construction crews, drivers, and pedestrians. You’ll manage traffic flow around roadwork zones, communicate with team members, and maintain a professional and safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic safely around construction sites and roadwork zones

• Communicate effectively with construction teams and motorists

• Set up and maintain signs, cones, and other traffic control devices

• Monitor work zones to ensure safety and compliance with regulations

• Follow all state and company safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Must have a Flagger certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying conditions

• Safety-first mindset

• Previous flagging or traffic control experience preferred

• Must have composite boots, hard hat, gloves, high vis vest, safety glasses and sign with a pole a plus!
