We’re hiring a Case Manager - Housing Program to help individuals and families navigate the process of securing safe, stable housing—from application to move-in.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage a caseload of housing applicants
  • Review applications and verify eligibility
  • Calculate income and determine program qualifications
  • Communicate decisions clearly and professionally
  • Guide applicants through the process all the way to move-in
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years in case management, social services, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
