Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Thursday & Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

An industrial manufacturing company is seeking a reliable Janitor to support facility cleanliness and maintenance. This role involves cleaning production areas, handling industrial waste, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Janitor Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain shop floors, workstations, restrooms, and break areas
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors, including removal of oil, grease, and coolant spills
• Dispose of metal shavings, scrap materials, and industrial waste safely
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Clean machinery exteriors and surrounding areas (no operation required)
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and report restocking needs
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and industrial vacuums
• Complete tasks efficiently and maintain consistent productivity
• Assist with general facility upkeep as needed

Janitor Requirements:

• Experience with floor scrubbers, pressure washers, industrial vacuums, and basic janitorial tools (mops, brooms, etc.)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in confined spaces
• Able to work in an industrial environment with exposure to dust, oils, and loud noise
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Knowledge of handling industrial cleaning chemicals
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots)
