Salary: $19-$22

Overview:

Local Property Management company looking for a Leasing Support/Agent to fill in. Must have great customer service and a very professional demeanor. Experience with Apartment Home move ins and outs, leasing or property management is preferred. Able to answer general questions related to what is allowed by apartment complex such as animals allowed, sizes of apartment homes and rates.

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Answering phones
• Greeting customers and residence
• Answering property related questions
• Assisting with leasing forms and rental payments
• Showing apartments to potential renters
• Yardi & Leasing experience preferred

REQUIREMENTS:

Hours/Shift: Monday thru Sunday 9am to 6pm. Shifts will Vary as needed.

 

Pay: $19 to $22 DOE
