Key Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate manpower, materials, vendors, and subcontractors
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Track budgets, billings, and cost-to-complete reports
• Ensure job site safety and regulatory compliance
• Communicate with customers, engineers, and internal teams
• Oversee equipment installation, startup, and owner training

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC or construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contracts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license
