Position: Manual Machinist
Location: Ventura County Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime Available)
Pay: $30–$50/hr (DOE)

Job Summary:
A growing industrial employer is seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to support fabrication and repair operations. This role is ideal for an “old-school” machinist who is highly skilled in operating manual mills and lathes. The position also includes assisting with general shop duties as needed depending on workload.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate manual mills and lathes to fabricate and modify parts
• Interpret basic work instructions and measurements
• Perform precision machining to meet required specifications
• Assist with general shop and fabrication tasks as needed
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:
• Strong experience as a manual machinist (“old-school” machining background preferred)
• Proficient in operating mills and lathes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
• Ability to work in a physically active shop environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
