What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Complete preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and forklifts
- Support production by ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Industrial or machine maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of motors, controls, and automated equipment
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
