Salary: $18.00+ DOE

Position: Welder (Aluminum & Steel)
Location: Ventura County Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime Available)
Pay: $25–$30/hr (DOE)

Job Summary:
A growing industrial employer is seeking a skilled Welder to support fabrication and repair work, including projects involving boats and marine-related equipment. This role requires experience welding both aluminum and steel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform welding on aluminum and steel components
• Assist with fabrication, repair, and modification of parts, including marine-related equipment and vessels
• Use hand and power tools to prep materials and complete welds
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and durability
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:
• Proven experience welding aluminum and steel
• Experience with boat or marine-related work is a plus
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, or similar environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
