Demolition Specialist

Located in Ames, IA

Salary: $20

Express Employment has partnered with a local Boone, IA company that is seeking an experienced Demolition Specialist to join their team! The main responsibility for this position will be to assist with construction site cleanup.

This is a great long-term, full-time position starting at $20/hr! The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of prior construction experience. 

Environment: 

• This is a 1st shift schedule, Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm
• Casual clothes are preferred, steel toe boots are REQUIRED. 
• Candidate must be comfortable working in various weather conditions!

Duties: 

• General construction labor
• Demolition clean up
• Using hand tools
• Take debris and move it out of the job site

Skills/Experience Needed: 

• Must be willing to stand for long periods of time
• Must have prior assembly, hand tools, and construction experience
• Prior demolition experience is preferred
