We are  seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to support adaily transportation operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage driver dispatch, scheduling, and routing
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Monitor driver productivity, compliance, and Hours of Service
• Handle order entry, appointment bookings, and system updates
• Maintain accurate records and support next-day planning

Qualifications:

• Dispatch or transportation experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of E-logs and Hours of Service is an asset

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (overtime as required)
