Position: Dispatcher / Front‑Line Service Representative

Pay: DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

  • Receive and log incoming service calls
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Coordinate technician routes, availability, and daily workflow
  • Provide clear, timely communication to both customers and technicians
  • Perform general clerical and office support tasks
  • Work closely with the operations team to keep daily activities running smoothly
