Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales and Retail Compliance & Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting customer satisfaction, assisting sales operations, and ensuring efficient communication and process coordination. The position involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to support order processing, issue resolution, inventory coordination, and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products and services offered
  • Collaborate with senior sales staff to create, update, and maintain sales reports
  • Participate in claims review processes and assist with tracking, follow‑up, and resolution
  • Establish and maintain clear communication with internal teams and third‑party partners to support timely order processing
  • Work with inventory and logistics teams to help monitor inventory flow, track orders, manage carrier notifications, and support month‑end activities
  • Support sales objectives through order preparation, system entry, and customer communication regarding delivery dates or potential delays
  • Coordinate customer issue resolution for retail, wholesale, and direct consumers by receiving, documenting, and responding to concerns in accordance with standard procedures
  • Provide administrative support for retail and e‑commerce accounts, including email and phone communications, documentation management, meeting participation, preparation of meeting notes, and follow‑up actions
  • Identify recurring product or process issues and assist with corrective action coordination to prevent future occurrences
  • Attend routine sales, operations, and quality or safety meetings and contribute relevant updates, trends, and concerns
  • Update and maintain accurate customer and account information in company systems
  • Track and follow up on claims within designated platforms, ensuring compliance with established protocols
  • Assist with reporting and data entry across required systems and platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Experience Required

  • Experience with HACCP
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, operations, or administrative coordination preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer‑focused approach
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience working with order management systems, customer databases, or reporting tools is an asset
  • Familiarity with compliance, claims processing, inventory coordination, or quality systems is advantageous
