Paving Crew

Located in Grove, OK

We are seeking motivated and dependable Paving Crew Members to join our team. Ideal candidates are hardworking, safety-conscious, and willing to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and repairs
• Operate basic paving tools and equipment (rakes, shovels, rollers)
• Work alongside equipment operators and crew leaders
• Load and unload materials
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow safety rules and company procedures

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work long hours during peak season
• Asphalt or construction experience preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with asphalt paving or concrete work
• CDL or ability to operate heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license
