Salary: $16-17/hr

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Leasing Agent to join our client's team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, helping them find their ideal home while supporting daily property operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective residents in person, via phone, and online
• Conduct tours of available units and community amenities
• Explain leasing terms, pricing, and policies clearly and professionally
• Process rental applications and assist with lease documentation
• Maintain accurate records of leads, tours, and leasing activity
• Follow up with prospects to encourage lease signings
• Support marketing efforts, including online listings and social media posts
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Help maintain the appearance of model units and common areas

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic
