First Impressions Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented team member to create a great client experience from the first call. This role supports communication, scheduling, and service coordination—especially for irrigation work.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and return calls, emails, and texts promptly
• Enter leads and maintain accurate notes and records
• Confirm appointments and schedule irrigation technicians
• Keep call logs and work orders organized
• Handle routine client needs and escalate when needed
• Complete phone-based turf care estimates
