Salary: $17 an hour and Up

Job Title: Pool Service Technician
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM until jobs are completed; occasional Saturdays required

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Pool Service Technician to join our team in the Columbus, Ohio area. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and servicing residential and commercial pools, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, and skimming

• Test and adjust water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)

• Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and timers

• Perform minor repairs and installations as needed

• Maintain accurate service records for each pool

• Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and addressing concerns or questions

• Drive company vehicle to various job sites around the Columbus area

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor

• Previous pool service or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required (training can be provided)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, starting at 8:00 AM until jobs are completed

• Some Saturdays required, especially during peak season
