Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pool Service Helper to assist our Pool Technician with daily service routes. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically active, and wants to learn the pool service industry. You will ride along with an experienced technician and help maintain residential and/or commercial swimming pools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Pool Technician with cleaning and maintaining pools on scheduled routes
• Skim debris, brush pool surfaces, and vacuum pools as needed
• Help test water and assist with adding chemicals under supervision
• Carry, organize, and maintain tools and equipment
• Load and unload supplies from the service vehicle
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Provide professional and courteous interaction with customers when needed

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical labor throughout the day
• Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and take direction from the Pool Technician
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping, maintenance, or general labor (not required)
• Basic knowledge of pool care (a plus, but training will be provided)
