Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (hours may vary by season)

Pay: $18–$20/hr to start, with transition into commission

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and inventory levels for greenhouse products, including green and blooming plants

• Forecast product needs and make strategic buying decisions based on demand and seasonality

• Monitor inventory flow from receiving through sales to maintain proper stock levels

• Assist with merchandising and selling products within the greenhouse department

• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient, well‑stocked department

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in buying, purchasing, or inventory management

• Background in retail sales or product merchandising

• Strong decision‑making skills related to purchasing and inventory levels

• Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast‑paced environment

• Proven ability to manage product flow from purchasing through sales

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a greenhouse, nursery, or plant‑related environment

• Knowledge of green and blooming plants

• Prior experience in a fresh department or similar setting
