Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Shop Hand / General Laborer with Driving Responsibilities to join our shot peening and metal finishing operation. This is a hands‑on, versatile role supporting daily shop operations, facility upkeep, and local driving needs. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety‑focused, and willing to do whatever is needed to keep the shop running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general labor and shop support duties throughout the facility
Load, unload, and transport parts, materials, and equipment
Support shot peening and metal finishing operations as directed
Drive company vehicles for local pickups, deliveries, or errands as needed
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist other departments and team members as required

Required Qualifications

General Labor experience required
Driving experience preferred (Must have a valid driver's license)
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, bending, and walking
Willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks in a shop environment
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
