POSITION SUMMARY:

The General Team Member is the front-line employee who performs the manufacturing processes
in all stages of production. Safety, attention to detail, and quality is key to the success of this
position all while working in a temperature-controlled environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Sew with industrial sewing machine
• Material handling
• Follow the production schedule
• Lay-out and cut materials
• Load and unload materials
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Follow blueprint instructions
• Meet rate goals for each part, while maintaining high quality standards
• Follow all safety rules and all standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Assist in all aspects of operations as needed
• Participate in 5S/other continuous improvement activities as required
Personal Qualifications:
• There is no minimum educational requirement
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Accurate and legible paperwork
• Physically healthy and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Excellent attendance
• Must pass drug scree
