Large manufacturer is currently hiring someone with the following skills for an open packaging/shipping position.

 

• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies

• Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products

• Weigh, pack, and label completed items for shipment

• Identify and dispose of defective packaging materials

• Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, padding, and tape

• Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging

• Conducts physical inventory of incoming parts to verify stock count is correct

• Uses UPS world ship to ship products

• Uses FedEx shipping website to ship products

• Uses the ERP Styeline to scan parts out of the system

• Final inspection of products

• Ability to read and understand parts orders and determine how to send the orders
