A local Middleburg Heights company is seeking dependable Janitors / Custodians to support their maintenance department. Key Responsibilities

• Clean interior areas including floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls.

• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as desks, door handles, and office tools.

• Maintain cleaning supplies and order inventory when needed.

• Maintain outdoor areas by cutting grass, trimming bushes, and removing debris or snow.

• Replace air filters and perform light HVAC maintenance as directed.

• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.

• Restock and organize supply rooms.

• Perform minor repairs on tools and equipment.

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and operate floor scrubbers and other janitorial equipment.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, windows, and mirrors.

• Dust furniture, fixtures, and maintain a neat environment.

• Notify supervisors of unsafe or damaged conditions.

Requirements

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or maintenance experience preferred (not required).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for most of the shift.

• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Reliable and punctual attendance.
