We are currently seeking CSR candidates for our client in Janesville that offers answering services to their clients.

 

This is a full-time, in office role that will require working some weekend shifts.

 

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact, representing both our customers and the company.  The CSR will be required to answer inbound calls, take messages and follow customer scripts and instructions. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing professional, timely and courteous interactions.

 

Duties/Responsibilities

•  Answer incoming calls and take accurate messages from callers.
• Follow customer scripts, gather required information accurately and manage calls professionally and efficiently according to company performance standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism, empathy, and active listening.
• Meet call performance criteria, including call quality and productivity.
• Learn and adhere to customer account requirements and call scripts while expanding knowledge of new account groups.
• Promptly report any issues or discrepancies related to callers, customers, scripts or other matters to the Supervisor.
• Must be prepared and ready to begin work promptly at the start of the assigned shift.
• Follow all company policies, procedures and regulations, including HIPAA and PCI compliance.
• Participate in training sessions and seek additional training when needed.

 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Comfortable with computer systems and data entry
• Strong communication and customer service skills

 

Schedules

 

1^st shift – 6am-2pm

2^nd shift – 2pm-10pm

3^rd shift – 10pm-6am

 

Either rotating weekends or every Saturday or every Sunday.

5 Day work week - if you work a weekend shift you will have a week day off.

OT is offered at times

 

Pay:

• Pay is $15 with a $1 premium on weekends
• Bilingual Candidates: Pay is $17 with a $1 premium on weekends
