Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures in line with industry regulations and organizational policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock management.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, and quality issues within the inventory and supply chain processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory status, quality assessments, and corrective actions taken.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and operations to improve overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all stages of inventory handling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inventory control, quality assurance, or related roles within logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems, quality control techniques, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
