Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Workers to join a busy electroplating facility. This role involves handling metal parts throughout the plating process and ensuring products are properly prepared and packaged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place metal parts onto racks on the assembly line for the electroplating process
• Remove plated metal parts from racks after processing
• Carefully place finished parts into designated boxes
• Move and organize boxes weighing up to 15 lbs
• Inspect parts for quality and report any defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 15 lbs
• Comfortable working in a production environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
