Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to create, organize, and maintain clear and accurate documents, reports, and procedures. This role includes precise data entry of numerical and alphabetical information, ensuring accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong organizational, typing, and written communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential.

Duties:

  • Enter and update numerical and alphabetical data accurately into systems and spreadsheets
  • Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and procedures
  • Review documents for errors, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records for easy access

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Strong data entry skills (numerical and alphabetical accuracy)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
