Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food preparation, works well under pressure, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Ensure food is prepared and plated in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food prep and inventory as needed
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

Qualifications:

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
