Job Summary: Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and employees. Ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. This role is pivotal in assisting the QC dept on a day-to-day basis and assist with daily office and warehouse functions, including handling administrative tasks, and providing support to internal employees and agency employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties: Assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and route phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage employees and time keeping.
Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies and inventory. Assist with preparing reports/ and invoices.
Communication Management: Manage and direct incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact lists and coordinate internal and external communications.
Customer Service: Address and resolve client and employee concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure a positive experience for all guests and stakeholders.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update company records, including contact information, visitor logs, and administrative files.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or front office role is highly desirable. payroll and invoicing experience. SAP experience preferred
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and quick books) familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Attributes: Professional demeanor, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to changing priorities. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Pay: $18+DOE
Schedule: 6 A.M.- 4:30 P.M. Monday-Thursday Need to be flexible to work Fridays for OT when needed.
