Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: SE Portland
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing team in SE Portland to hire a part-time Shipping & Receiving Coordinator. This role is key to keeping materials and shipments moving accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming materials
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders
• Create shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, labels)
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organized storage areas
• Stage materials for production and track shipments
• Assist with cycle counts and operate material handling equipment

Qualifications:

• Shipping/receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Team-oriented with good communication
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Work Environment:
Warehouse setting with regular standing, lifting, and equipment use. Forklift certification provided.
