Position Overview:

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associates to join a fast-paced production team in Vacaville. This role focuses on preparing and assembling helmet packaging while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Packaging & Assembly

• Open helmet cartons and prepare products for packaging
• Insert header cards, instruction bags, and decals into each unit
• Ensure all components are included and properly organized before sealing

?? Product Quality & Presentation

• Accurately apply decals and inserts
• Maintain brand consistency and high-quality presentation standards
• Inspect products to ensure completeness and correctness

?? Efficiency & Production Goals

• Complete packaging tasks within expected cycle time (approximately 5 minutes per case)
• Support overall production flow and meet daily output goals
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
