About the Role: We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join a fast-expanding logistics provider located in Grapevine, conveniently near the airport. This is a critical role in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are essential to keeping operations running smoothly.

Primary Duties:

• High-Volume Email Management: Monitor and respond to a large volume of emails quickly and professionally.

• Documentation: Print and organize critical documentation for Customs Clearances and Delivery Orders.

• Driver Check-In: Sign in drivers at a fast pace using the Envoy System to maintain flow at the facility.

• Logistics Support: Utilize familiarity with airline processes to assist in the movement of freight and documentation.

Requirements:

• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or familiarity with airline logistics processes is highly preferred.

• Detail Oriented: Must be able to process paperwork and data with 100% accuracy in a high-pressure environment.

• Technical Skills: Comfortable with high-volume digital communication and the Envoy visitor management system.

• Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to the Grapevine/DFW area.

• Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a busy team.
