Locations: McAllen, Pharr, Mission, TX

Pay: $12.00 – $15.05 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, please call for schedules (Some positions require overtime, weekends, or rotating Saturdays)

 

Position Summary
Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Forklift Operators and Material Handlers to support warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations across multiple locations. Positions are available for sit-down, stand-up, and high-reach forklift operators in fast-paced environments including shipping, receiving, inventory, and production support.

Job Duties

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts to move, stack, and transport materials
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and production lines safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Store and retrieve materials from racking systems, including high racks
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and shipments
• Inspect materials for damage, shortages, and quality issues
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Follow FIFO procedures and shipping/receiving processes
• Perform daily forklift inspections and basic equipment maintenance
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous recent forklift experience required (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck)
• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics environments preferred
• Familiarity with RF scanners, inventory systems, or basic data entry
• Ability to lift and move materials and work in physically demanding conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules including overtime
