Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a construction materials/equipment company in Englewood, CO! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and 3+ years’ experience in a customer focused role.  

 

Job Highlights:

 

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails
• Help customers with questions about product, pricing, shipping, etc.
• Enter customer orders into internal systems
• Process orders and coordinate timely shipping
• Communicate tracking information with customers via email
• Light warehouse work – pull product off shelves in warehouse, package items, label, etc.

What we look for:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience
• Experienced in MS Office
• Bilingual – English/Spanish is HIGHLY preferred
• Excellent communication and follow up skills
• Team player mentality
• Strong sense of accountability and integrity
