The Product Customer Coordinator is responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through fulfillment. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, and operations to ensure accurate order processing, timely production scheduling, clear communication, and effective issue resolution. The coordinator maintains customer documentation, tracks order status, and provides consistent updates while delivering a high level of customer service. Must have at least a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer coordination, order processing, and customer service role.
