Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals – Bellingham is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Production role in Custer, WA. This is a long-term, evaluation-to-hire opportunity with a well-established company that has been in business since 1973 and continues to grow year after year. Pay: Earn $19.00 per hour to start!
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Location: Custer, WA

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment such as sublimation printers, pad printers, and molding machines under the direction of the Production Supervisor

-Monitor machine output to ensure consistent quality and inspect products according to established quality standards

-Collaborate with quality control staff to identify and resolve issues related to process, equipment, or materials

-Follow all company safety procedures and report any non-conforming or unsafe conditions to supervision

-Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or designated lead
