Fabricator

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Fabricator to join our client's team. This person will be responsible for fabricating and assembling products from raw materials, using a variety of tools and machines.

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand blueprints and work instructions to fabricate products from raw materials.
• Use hand tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and other hand tools to cut parts or complete projects.
• Use power tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and other power tools to cut parts or complete projects.
• Inspect parts for quality and ensure they are assembled correctly.
• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they are assembled correctly.
• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they are assembled correctly.
• Use measuring devices such as tape measure, ruler, etc. to measure parts.
• Use machinery such as a saw to cut materials or equipment to produce finished products.
• Cleaning up the work area after each shift.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Ability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout shift. Some heavy lifting may be required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; must be able to bend, squat, twist, reach etc., throughout shift. Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently throughout shift. Some heavy lifting may be required.
