Job Summary

We are seeking a mechanically inclined Shop Worker to join our team. This is an entry level position.  You need to be willing learn the skill.  In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle interior components to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Install and assemble vehicle interior components such as seats, carpets, dashboards, and door panels
• Repair or replace damaged upholstery, including leather, fabric, and vinyl materials
• Cut, stitch, and fit seat covers and interior trims
• Inspect completed work to ensure proper fit, finish, and safety standards
• Clean and restore vehicle interiors as needed
• Use hand tools, power tools, and sewing equipment safely and effectively
• Follow company procedures and meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• Ability to use hand tools and basic equipment
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
