Key Responsibilities

• Use and maintain various maintenance tools such as weed whackers, blowers, edgers, rakes, and shovels
• Properly store all tools and equipment after use
• String and maintain weed whackers as needed
• Mix fuel for small equipment such as weed whackers and blowers
• Fill lawn mowers with fuel
• Check tire air pressure on equipment
• Check and monitor oil levels in equipment
• Assist with general grounds and maintenance tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and grow in a maintenance career
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor
• Dependable and safety-minded
